We are Fully Booked for September … here are tips on when to book

We do recommend booking your event cakes at least 2-3 weeks in advance whenever possible (even further in advance for large orders or celebrations such as weddings) as we do take a limited number of custom cake orders each weekend to insure the highest quality custom cakes and personalized customer service. Every client receives personal attention when planning their special treats.

A rush fee of $15 or 15% (whichever is higher) does apply to all orders made less than 7 days before pickup/delivery when space is available.

We are now booking orders in October and November. **We are fully booked for the last weekend of October for Halloween events.**

Cake pops, cupcakes, and custom cakes in North Phoenix

We are booking up for weekends in August very quickly! While Hidden Gem Cakes always tries to take on last minute cake orders, sometimes it isn’t possible. For custom cake, cake pops, and cupcakes it is best to place your order at least 2 weeks before your event, (and even further in advance if you can).

When calling, please have your theme in mind, what kind of cake you would like, and how many people you will be serving. We also welcome and appreciate photos and ideas that you have found, but please remember that all of our cakes are custom made and we do not copy or duplicate other bakers designs exactly. We feel that every cake should be special and unique. Custom cakes are delicious works of art!
