I started Hidden Gem Cakes after baking for friends family for many years and always being told I should start my own business. I am self taught in the area of baking and decorating and hold a Bachelors degree in Nutrition Communication. I am serv-safe certified through the National Restaurant Association, as well as registered with the Arizona Department of Health to bake and sell from my home in North Phoenix.

I specialize in cake pops, cupcakes, custom cakes and creating gift baskets and dessert tables that include baked treats as well as chocolate dipped Oreo cookies, pretzels and more!
